Q: How long will I wait to get my stuff?
A: Typically it takes between 1-7 days to fill an order, depending on how big the current backlog is.
Once your order ships you will receive an email with your confirmation tracking number, and USPS
Priority will deliver your package in 1-3 days. International packages are shipped via USPS Global
Priority, which deliver within 4 to 6 days.

Q: Do you have DVDs in the PAL video format?
A: Not yet - sorry! All DVD-Rs and VCDs are in NTSC format.
Q: What is your upgrade policy?
A: I am always on the lookout for better prints of everything! When a title is upgraded you can get your
upgrade free by returning your original disc to me. Upon receiving your old disc I will send your new
upgraded version to you via USPS First Class.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: I will exchange any defective disc or tape for a new non-defective one. (of the same title of course) If
you have any trouble with your disc at any time please do not hesitate to email me, to let me know
about the the problem. You can then return the defective disc in exchange for a new one sent it to you
via USPS First Class.
